I’m an undergraduate student at the University of Pittsburgh with plans to graduate in December 2010. I’m double majoring in both computer science and economics. I’ve worked in various capacities for tech companies – everything from independent consultant to systems administrator to corporate development to software engineer to web developer, and everything in between. Right now I’m focusing on web development in PHP, and I work primarily with WordPress. I’m also proficient in Java and C. I’m a proud Christian and libertarian, although I form my own political beliefs and don’t strictly follow the party.

I love learning about pretty much anything, although history and the natural sciences are my favorites. I am also a huge classic rock fan — I love Rush above all else, but Led Zep, The Who, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Yes, Allman Brothers, Kansas, Boston, Hendrix, Floyd, CCR, and Cream are great too. I also love classic hip hop like A Tribe Called Quest and Jurassic 5, and newer bands like Incubus and Radiohead. Music is a huge part of my life.
